Layout of radio to be removed | |||
 |
remove 3 Phillips screws and unclip dash | |||
 |
remove 2 Phillips screws above the cigarette lighter | |||
 |
locations of clips on the lower dash | |||
 |
remove 2 Phillips screws from left hand side of the dash | |||
 |
use hands to push in both sides of the glove box so that it comes out of it's guide and sags down. | |||
 |
remove 2 8mm/Phillips screws from right side of the dash | |||
 |
pull off dash piece and unclip lighter | |||
 |
look underneath the dash and remove 4 8mm/Phillips screws from under the dash that was just removed | |||
 |
use panel removal tool to carefully pry off entire dash piece Warning: The dash is soft so it is fairly resilient but big gouges do not go away so pry evenly starting from the top and use you hand to push on radio to assist in removal. |

clip locations of dash that was just removed | |||
 |
remove 3 Phillips screws from heater control unit and remove it from dash piece | |||
 |
take out 4 screws from each side and remove radio |
