Radio Removal

       
    Layout of radio to be removed  
 
  remove 3 Phillips screws and unclip dash
 
  locations of clips on the lower dash
 
  remove 1 Phillips screw from top portion of dash right of steering column
 
  remove 1 Phillips screw from lower part of dash
 
  use hands to push in both sides of the glove box so that it comes out of it's guide and sags down.
 
  remove 1 8mm/Phillips screw from lower portion behind glove box
 
  remove 1 8mm/Phillips screw from upper portion behind glove box
 
  remove 2 Phillips screws from just above cigarette lighter
 
  pull off dash piece and unclip lighter
       
    look under dash from where the last panel was removed and remove 2 8mm/Phillips screws  
 
  use hands to slide the radio out
 
  in order for dome light to work after new radio is installed lt.grn/red and lt.grn/blk must be connected together.

Important Note: If your car is equipt with factory keyless entry module the factory radio must be hooked up with special harness and hidden behind the dash upon replacing with aftermarket radio.
